Since 2003, the Ahmadiyyan Muslim Jama’at (AMJ) Canada has hosted and organized Run for Vaughan, a five and 10-kilometre run through Canada’s Wonderland in support of exceptional care at Mackenzie Health.

To mark the community’s 50-year milestone in Canada, Vaughan Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua hosted a celebration at Vaughan City Hall on Jan. 19. The AMJ used the opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to exceptional health care for York Region residents by presenting Mackenzie Health with a cheque for $125,000.
